I think that it is hard to really know what you want when you are looking for a mountain house and Sarah really helped us through building that understanding to the point where we really nailed down the things that were really important to us. We looked for our first place for a year and a half at least and she was always patient with us. Over the course of the last year (2021) which has been crazy it seems for property in Summit County we put in 6 offers on places that we didn't get. At no stage was she discouraged or frustrated but just kept helping us move forward.
Without Sarah our recent purchase mos likely would never have happened. Unfortunately some transaction don't have equally engaged participants which in this case left us in some rather stressful positions. Sarah was able to hold it all together for keeping us in track and also the other side of the deal in line.

We originally saw the lot while driving around 3 Peaks looking for properties. Ironically Jack was also listing the Thimbleberry residence a few blocks from our current place we saw on a walk so I took the serendipity as a good sign. I had some reservations about using Jack as the buyers and sellers agent and we certainly had realtors swarming to be our buyers agent, but within a couple calls I got comfortable with Jack and felt he always gave me good guidance as if he was only the our (buyers) agent.
