Summit County Real Estate

My broker is a true real estate professional and he has been our broker on four transactions. When our broker was showing us houses for potential purchase, they would walk into the house and then let us do our own exploring as he did his. We would meet at the end of our tours and they would ask what we like about the house and we did not like. Then our broker would give us their likes and dislikes. I found the discussions immensely useful to our overall evaluation. When it came to either purchase or sell a property, we believe our broker gave very excellent advice on price and strategy to accomplish the transactions. I would recommend our broker to any buyers or sellers who wants advice and guidance but not pushing or dismissing in their discussions.

Our broker helped us find the home that is perfect for our needs. She understood our needs and wants regarding location, size, etc. She kept a watchful eye on the market and when the perfect place came on the market (slightly above our price guidelines), she reached out and showed us the property. We made an immediate offer and went under contract asap. We feel fortunate that she was diligent and proactive about finding the perfect place for us. I'm sure if we had even waited 24 hours the home would have gone to someone else. Our broker is knowledgeable of the local market, has very good communication skills, and made sure everything went smoothly. We are going to enjoy our new home for years to come.

He KNOWS the market, knows how to list/sell a home,, and listens to his customer(s). His ego is in "check" ... he just wants to do the right thing by his customer.
