Charitable Giving
Committed to our Summit County communities like no other.
Give To One,
Give To Many.
Showing up for the communities we call home sits at the core of who we are and what we do. We’re invested in the local causes that help our communities thrive. Beyond a love for Colorado is a passion for its spirit, its people and its potential. That’s our commitment.
Established in 2015, The Charitable Foundation Of Slifer Smith & Frampton a has been growing our impact ever since. We are proud to support many of the amazing local charities in our community that foster education, youth, arts, athletics, and environmental stewardship.
Our brokers and staff give back to organizations making an impact right here in our community by volunteering on a regular basis. From projects like trail-building to serving food at community dinners, getting local youth outside to enjoy the great outdoors as well as time spent with our local Habitat for Humanity, Adopt-A-Trail Program, and Salvation Army, we’re always looking for ways to make the places we live and love more inclusive and supportive to everyone.
"Slifer, Smith & Frampton Real Estate, whether it is through their "Match Madness" benefits or their Foundation grants, are helping local non-profits continue their programs with their generosity. Their application process is easy and the results are something we really appreciate and the funds will be used to help many needy animals in our community. L.A.P.S. says thanks and gives all of you a 4Paw Salute and a 5-star rating!"

"The SSF Foundation has supported two of our key programs. Without the support of the SSF Foundation and other community members like them, we would not be able to provide these programs to public school students and teachers of Summit County. First, the SSF Foundation supports the Eileen Finkel Innovative Teaching Awards which provides teachers funding to implement innovative and creative projects including a poetry slam competition, drones for photography class, and interactive read-aloud electronic books. SSF Foundation supports another key program, Summit Books for Kids, which increases access to books for students who do not have the support or means to purchase them. This program helps these students develop into engaged and lifelong readers. We are so grateful for the SSF Foundation’s support—they are helping improve the education of every public school student in Summit County."
