Another example of how fantastic Theo is, we live in Denver, two hours away from the house, so it was a bit challenging for us to arrange to meet with contractors to look at projects we wanted to do after closing. Not to worry, Theo happily met with the contractors for us! There was nothing that was too much trouble for her. We know that we were able to get our dream cabin only because of her. The cabin we really loved was already under contract but Theo called the seller's agent just to check on its status.
