With out exception, these two ladies are the most professional, hard working, diligent, brokers that has been our pleasure to work with. These two brokers took time to understand our needs, and were patient with us at times when we really didn't know what exactly what we we looking for. Their professionalism and industry knowledge was extremely useful throughout the entire home purchasing process. When they came to us this with what they thought was a house that met all of our needs, we were excited for the tour. This particular property has now become our dream house, and it would not have been possible without Reilly and Amy. These ladies helped us through the offering and acceptance process, and we feel we made financially sound and wise investment. Throughout the closing process, Reilly ensured that deadlines were met, primarily due to her direct involvement and communication with our lending agent. Without her tenacity, deadlines could have been missed and this deal could have easily fallen through and our initial investment (Earnest Money) could have been lost. Reilly also scoured through the contracts and closing documents, and found several charges that were not applicable to our specific home purchase. Without her knowledge of the various taxes, laws and rules within the townships and counties of Colorado, along with her dedication to the accuracy of the closing documents of our home purchase, we could have paid in excess of $20,000 in cost that were initially stated on the closing documents from our lender, which didn't apply to our specific home purchase. First, please understand that this is a Completely Unsolicited testimony for Stewart Voutour and Slifer Smith & Frampton. We listed our 4000 sq ft. home with another agency based on location, thinking logistically it would be a better fit for showings, general info etc. etc. After just short of a year, unnecessary problems, and several failed contracts, we kept asking ourselves, "why didn't we choose SSF again?". Having several transactions with them through the years, including the purchase of this house, we immediately called SSF, spoke with another agent (not Stewart), told him what we needed, and he said- "I know who you need, it's not me, and he'll call you today or tomorrow- thanks for calling". 30 minutes later Stewart called and "the rest" is history. To definitely summarize "the rest", Stewart persistently drove traffic to our house in any way he could. He knew and told us from the start he would sell this house- and decreasing the price was not the answer. He eloquently kept buyers thinking about our house, constantly pointing out its great features; weeks would pass and the same buyers would still be interested, still coming back to look.On two different occasions he showed our house to buyers already working with other agents- he could have easily pushed them back to their agent, not troubled himself, and made them wait to see it- but he didn't. Stewart was always about us, selling our house, getting people who wanted to see it in immediately, and most importantly, doing whatever it took (i.e. work). As closing approached, it was again Super Stewart who made things happen that we couldn't; we were never told "I'll get there when I can" as we were. You could easily say he's a one man team. Oh, did I mention after all these days (on the market), he finalized our deal amidst TWO buyers, driving the price higher!! My husband and I started looking for a cabin in the mountains this spring and were referred to Theo by the Realtor we used to purchase our current home. At the time, we didn't know how lucky we were because Theo turned out to be the absolute best Realtor we could have asked for. She was so knowledgeable about mountain living and was able to answer all of our questions from septic systems, to using well water, to how to get snow removal service, to how to get a wood stove serviced. We know that we were able to get our dream cabin only because of her. The cabin we really loved was already under contract but Theo called the seller's agent just to check on its status. She was extremely patient as we searched so many areas of the county and changed our idea of what would make a good mountain home on multiple occasions.
