Originally from Bloomington, Minnesota David moved to the Vail Valley in 1991 after receiving his bachelors degree from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA. Shortly after arriving in Vail, David met his wife Jennifer and in 1992 they were married.

After three ski seasons, they moved to Boulder so that David could pursue his MBA at the University of Colorado. It was this pursuit that then took them to Florida where David was a Stock Broker for Paine Webber for 2 years while completing his MBA. He received a 4.0 GPA with a Masters degree in Finance and Marketing and was soon offered a job by Rod Slifer back in Vail. Something was always calling them back to Vail so David and Jennifer moved back and he began working in Arrowhead in December 1995.

His determination and hard work paid off in just his first year as David was named Rookie of the Year for Slifer Smith & Frampton in 1997. In 2005, David prestigiously ranked "Top 15 Realtors of Slifer, Smith & Frampton" and in 2006 he was asked to take the position of Branch Broker for the Arrowhead office. David and Jennifer have two wonderful girls Charlotte and Adaline and reside in Squaw Creek ranch. When he is not actively working, David enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, golfing, biking and snowmobiling.
