We know that the recent National Association of Realtors settlement has raised many questions and created significant uncertainty. We want to assure you that your team at Slifer Smith & Frampton has been closely monitoring the litigation and preparing for a settlement for some time by studying the many potential outcomes and providing additional training to brokers so they can provide accurate information to clients.

In short, we are in favor of any regulation, law or standard that creates greater transparency in our industry. Our singular priority remains the relationships we have with our clients, and we encourage you to engage with us with your thoughts and questions.

Buyer-side fees will be more transparent, we welcome this change because at the end of the day we are local experts deeply committed to our communities and always seeking the best for our clients. We know you have questions. We are here for you.

While we may not know all of the short and long-term impacts of these changes right now, we do expect that this new environment will create a separation among the best service providers in our industry and continuing to demonstrate our value to clients will be paramount.
