Debbie has called Breckenridge her home for over 30 years, making her an expert in the real estate market and all things Breckenridge. Her long career in the real estate industry started in California, where she was an escrow/title officer. She also worked alongside her father, who mentored her in real estate investing and IRS tax deferred exchanges. Debbie uses her wealth of experience and knowledge to help each and every one of her clients find the perfect mountain home.

Debbie’s mission is to provide outstanding service to her clients through high levels of communication and a deep understanding of the local market. She enjoys the business and friendship of many clients from around the world, supporting them in a variety of real estate opportunities from residential, land, commercial and development. When she’s not selling real estate, Debbie’s love of adventure in the mountains has her skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, and biking every chance she gets.
