Craig is a 40+ year veteran in the real estate industry - 34 of those years in resort real estate and the past 27 years in Keystone Resort. He is extremely aware of the need for ‘excellent customer service’ and how attention to detail can make the difference between being a producer or a TOP producer. He specializes in Keystone Resort. He has the knowledge of its’ history and the inside story on its’ future…making him the expert on the marketplace and how it works. It is the “complete package” of the area that Craig sells daily!

Over his forty year (plus) career in real estate, Craig has been involved with over half a BILLION in real estate sales – as an agent, as a manager and as a Broker/owner!

SKI RESORT KNOWLEDGE

Craig has almost thirty five years of resort real estate experience in two different ski resorts (Mammoth Mountain, CA and Summit County, CO) including over 15 of those years as the #1 agent for his respective brokerage companies.

PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Craig’s education includes a degree in Architecture at the University of Southern California as well as Light Construction and Development Management and Marketing and Residential Management certifications at the University of California at Irvine.

BUILDER EXPOSURE

Craig spent six years as a new home sales agent in an upscale suburban area (Newport Beach) in Southern California and eight years managing and directing the sales and marketing departments for the major builders in both Southern California and Colorado.
