Jonathan Nixon, a graduate of Florida State University and a recipient of an MBA Specializing in Real Estate from the University of Denver, has been a licensed Realtor since 2001 and participated in over 230 transactions totaling over $200 million in Residential Sales. He holds the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert since 2009. Jonathan enjoys all aspects of the real estate business, especially utilizing his extensive knowledge of land-use planning, development, marketing and sales.
