About Renee

Renee has well over a decade of full-time real estate experience in Summit County along with an enthusiastic spirit and very hard work ethic. Her mission is to provide her clients with the absolute highest level of professional service in real estate transactions and to make the experience pleasant, informative, and fun. She is an expert negotiator and works as both a buyer’s agent and seller’s agent, going above and beyond and creating lasting relationships with each and every one of her customers. Because of this, most of her business is from repeat clients or referrals from satisfied clients.

Renee began her career in sales and marketing as a pharmaceutical representative in 1989. She lived in Japan for six years before moving to Summit County in 2004. Along with a successful Real Estate Career, Renee has been dedicated to raising her three talented daughters. Her eldest graduated from CU Boulder and now will attend North Eastern School of Pharmacology, her middle daughter is finishing College at UNC in Greeley Colorado, and her youngest has just begun her journey at NYU in the New Musical Theatre Studio. She has not only accomplished raising three wonderful girls but also has continually increased her real estate business year after year, now with 13 years of experience. Renee is passionate about skiing, boarding, Ice hockey, cycling, and hiking Colorado Fourteeners. She cherishes the mountain lifestyle and loves to make it a reality for others.

Certifications

Renee is constantly continuing her education and expanding her expertise so she can better serve her clients. Her certifications include Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS).
