At 31, Chelsea Martin might be considered a young broker, but she believes her age is one of her biggest assets, especially in terms of understanding social media and digital marketing in the technological age. Chelsea understands how to keep up with the ever changing, fast-paced social media landscape to remain competitive in today’s real estate market.

Chelsea brings a global perspective to Summit County real estate after having explored over 15 countries before graduating college, including a 2-year stint in Thailand teaching conversational English. “Since I was young, I did a ton of traveling, and my parents opened my eyes to seeing different ways of life. As a result, I have always had an immense passion for culture and for people of all ages and from all different walks of life,” Chelsea says. “As I continue with my career in real estate it will serve me well here in Summit County where buyers come in from all over the world.”

Originally from Pittsburgh, Chelsea moved to the mountains of Summit County and it forever changed the path to her future. “I fell in love with the mountains and have called Summit County home for the last six years,” says Martin, who lives in Frisco and loves its small-town charm and close proximity to the ski areas and a lifetime of wilderness to explore.

Chelsea has been a top-producing sales professional for over 15 years, her niche being her infectiously positive attitude and ability to connect with people of all different scopes and backgrounds. Chelsea’s clients are thrilled with her modern approach, devotion to maintaining personal relationships, attention to detail, and genuine guidance.

When she’s not in the office, Martin can be found deep in the backcountry on multi-day hiking and backpacking trips in the summer and backcountry skiing in the winter. “I love all things nature and just being outside is my heaven,” she says. “I remember how special it was when I moved here and the deep feeling of being so in love with where I live. I just want to share that with other people!”
