▸  Fly Fishing on the Blue, Roaring Fork River, and the Colorado River or the flats of Belize and Mexico.
▸  Outdoor hikes and snowshoeing with his English Springer Beau on the Bushee Creek trail.
▸  Whitewater rafting all the western rivers.
▸  Skiing any of Summit County’s world class mountains.
▸  Enjoying dinner with his wife Tina and son Beck at their favorite restaurants, Radicato and Hacienda Real.

About the Team

A Southern California native, Jaymie grew up in the town of Seal Beach and moved to Colorado in 2012 to attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. After countless weekend trips to Summit County, she became increasingly enamored with the area, recreational activities, and community, so she decided to call Summit County home. Jaymie has been with SSF since 2018 and has worked with Jeff since 2021, and brings her expertise in marketing, business management, and communication. Jaymie also serves as a board member for the SSF Foundation where she enjoys working with local organizations to give back to the community. Jaymie resides in Frisco with her cat, Kiki, and her boyfriend, Ian, owner of the Silverthorne Car Wash & Summit Arcade. In her spare time, Jaymie enjoys searching for the best nachos in Summit County, hosting pinball tournaments at CO Bar, playing volleyball in the park, electricmountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, bowling, and most recently learning how to golf. 

Kate Jablonski has been in Colorado for over ten years; a transplant from the East Coast and bringing with her exuberance for the coveted, lifestyle-living. Kate has already proven her dedication to the real estate industry by quickly moving her way up the ranks at Slifer Smith & Frampton. Starting in 2017 as an office marketing coordinator, Kate quickly realized her skill set and possibilities to expand her true passion for Real Estate was to be licensed. Fast forward to present day and Kate has been working with Jeff Moore since 2019 – the number one Real Estate Broker in Summit County for a decade – here she can dedicate her time and passion to both Buyers and Sellers. Kate has been apart of 200+ transactions totaling over $350 million and uses the knowledge obtained from working with one of the best Brokers in the industry, to further assist Buyers on the local real estate market and also enjoys assisting Sellers pack up their irreplaceable memories of Summit County while smoothly transitioning to next steps in their lives. When not in the office, Kate can be found snowboarding, split-boarding, hiking and paddleboarding.
