4th Street Crossing Development Update

Construction at the 4th Street Crossing development site is moving right along as the parking structure is almost complete and the market hall and hotel buildings are well underway!

As they move through the final construction stages of the parking deck, developers say they expect to see the structure complete in the next 2 months.

If you have driven by the site, you may have noticed the market hall structure being built around the Old Dillon Inn. In an effort to preserve some of the rich history of Silverthorne, 4th Street Crossing will integrate the existing structure of the ODI into the market hall, essentially a building within a building. Developers hope to open the market hall in 2021.

The Mint, which has been a cornerstone of Silverthorne since 1862, will also be integrated into the development area and will remain standing next to the market hall. The construction of Hotel Indigo, the future hotel building on-site, has just begun and is in the initial stages.

Residential Update:

We are now accepting contracts for Elevate Rowhomes! Construction on the residential units is expected to begin this fall. Reach out to our sales team today for more information or visit the 4th Street Crossing website for a 3D tour of the site!
