Slifer Smith & Frampton Awarded Listing for Clearwater Lofts Development in Keystone

Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate (SSF), the firm which has served Colorado’s mountain resort communities for nearly 60 years, has been awarded the listing for Clearwater Lofts, a luxury condominium development near the Lakeside Village area of Keystone. This new development is the first condominium development under construction in the area in several decades.

 

Located right next to Keystone Lake and only a mile from the Mountain House base area, Clearwater Lofts are designed to provide access to outdoor recreation all year long. With pricing starting just under $400,000, the new development will feature 65 high-end units in three buildings that border the Snake River wetlands. The condominiums range from one-to-four bedrooms, each with breathtaking views of surrounding peaks, including Tenderfoot Mountain, the Gore Range, the Tenmile Range and the Continental Divide. Residents can take the free Keystone shuttle directly to the ski resort’s Peru Express Chairlift for skiing in the winters and can access hiking and biking trails, golf, and many water activities in the summers. Access to Breckenridge is less than a 30-minute drive.

 

“Most of the residential developments in this area were built in the 1980s or earlier. The development, which is being built by Clearwater Lofts LLC, offers several different open-concept floor plans with private decks, full kitchens and in-floor radiant heat. The mountain modern design includes granite countertops, state-of-the-art finishes and appliances. Each unit comes with two parking spaces, one in the heated garage and one uncovered space outside, as well as a large secure storage room for all outdoor gear such as skis, bikes, kayaks and even a motorcycle. Residents will also get to enjoy two hot tub areas that include private outdoor patios. A membership to the East Lake Pool, which is less than a two-minute walk from the development, is also available for residents who want to take advantage of the facility’s indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.

 

 

Along with quick and easy access to the outdoors, the Clearwater Lofts are just a short walk to the popular Keystone Lakeside Village, which is home to the Keystone Conference Center. This area around Keystone Lake is always bustling, with paddle boats, canoeing, kayaking and stand-up paddle boards available for rent in the summer and an ice-skating rink in the winter. There are also several restaurants and shops, as well as outdoor events such as farmers markets and holiday celebrations.

 

SSF has listed and sold more than 100 new development projects in the Colorado mountains over the past 30 years, with a total sales volume of $5 billion. SSF’s division dedicated to new Development Sales provides an additional level of first-class service for developers. The firm is currently listing projects in the Colorado mountains for 15 developers.

The first building of the Clearwater Lofts is projected to be finished in February 2021.
