These days the Spring weather seems to be shining through + we hope it’s here to stay! Spring in the Colorado Rockies is unlike any other, we are so blessed to live in such a magical place! This Spring things might be a little out of the ordinary but we want to share our top 4 feel-good, favorite Spring activities to do while still practicing social distancing –
- Hiking + biking
We are lucky enough to live in a town that is surrounded by nature and national forest, so take advantage of it! Fresh air and clearing your head is always a great idea and hiking does just that! Don’t forget to bring your furry friends… including your cats! Office Marketing Coordinator, Jaymie Roche getting some fresh air, with her cat Kiki.
- Cross country skiing
The Frisco Nordic Center is closed but they are continuing to keep the trails groomed and open to the public. Broker, Kelsey Withrow enjoying the groomed trails and the sunshine with her dog, Brno.
- Watch the sunset
There aren’t many places that have a better sunset than right here in Summit County. Watching the sun hide behind the mountains over the lake is the perfect way to end a spring day. Broker, Jack Carpenter captured this epic sunset in Dillon the other night.
- Take a neighborhood stroll
Trails too muddy/ snowy? Take a stroll around the neighborhood with your family and friends or even solo! One neighbor in the Peak One neighborhood in Frisco left out sidewalk chalk for everyone to share positive messages. Director of Operations, Jill Dorr took a family walk around the neighborhood to spread positivity.
Spring time is here and we are loving it! Spend time with your loved ones, get outdoors and stay healthy!
