Dave Greenberg web

Slifer Smith & Frampton welcomes Dave Greenberg to our Keystone Office in River Run Village.

Dave Greenberg, a resident of Summit County since 2003, recently joined Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate (SSFRE) as a Broker Associate. Over the course of Dave’s career, he has been involved in over 300 transactions totaling over $150 million in total sales volume.

A native of upstate New York, Dave has always had a love for the mountains. Drawn to the west, he attended the University of Denver and graduated in 2003 with a B.S. in Business and Marketing. Having always had a keen interest in real estate, Dave began working on his new career shortly after moving to Breckenridge from Denver.

Dave started down the real estate path in Summit County by joining the property management team of East West Resorts in Breckenridge (later purchased by ResortQuest). Working as an admin for ResortQuest Real Estate, Dave pursued his real estate license and then moved on to first work as a licensed assistant and then a partner with a local broker.

“Dave has impressive success in the real estate market and we couldn’t be happier to have him join SSFRE as a broker,” said Jeff Moore, Managing Broker of SSFRE in Summit County.

Dave has been well-acknowledged by clients and colleagues as having a unique capacity for understanding each customer’s needs. He is a dedicated real estate professional, helping clients throughout Summit County buy and sell homes, condos, and land.

As an outdoor enthusiast, when not working you can find Dave on the slopes, snowmobiling, hiking with his lab Walter, mountain biking, or playing soccer in the local Summit County leagues.

Please stop by the Slifer Smith & Frampton Office in River Run Village (0140 Ida Belle Drive F12) in Keystone and welcome our newest addition. Dave can be reached at or 970.393.0769.
